Questions
When does it come out?
We’re building it now. Join the waitlist and you’ll get an email the day it’s on the App Store.
How much will it cost?
The monthly plan starts with 14 days free, and the yearly plan with a month free. The full price is shown before you start. When the free time ends, Apple charges you automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. It’s priced so a student can afford it. You’ll see the exact price on the App Store at launch.
I’m new to the gym. Is it for me?
Yes. A short quiz sets your daily calories and protein, and picks a starter routine for the number of days you can train. Every exercise shows which muscles it works and how to do it.
Is there an Android version?
iPhone comes first. Android is planned.
Are the calories exact?
No app can promise that. The numbers come from food databases and the portion you enter, so the closer you measure, the closer they are. For the best numbers, weigh your food or scan the barcode.
What happens to my data?
It’s never sold and never used for ads, and there are no ad trackers in the app or on this site. You sign up with your email or with Apple, so your logs are backed up and come back on a new phone. We only send tips and offers if you tick the box for them. You can delete everything from inside the app. The full details are in the privacy policy.
